Refund Policy
Haus of Darkness Productions, Inc. — Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, vendor space, or pass for any event produced by Haus of Darkness Productions, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket, pass, and vendor sales are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except in the event of a permanent cancellation as described below.
2. Postponements
If an event is postponed for any reason (including, but not limited to, acts of nature, venue changes, or circumstances beyond our control), all tickets, passes, and vendor spaces will automatically roll over and remain valid for the rescheduled date.
No refunds will be issued for postponed events.
3. Event Cancellation
In the rare event that an event is permanently cancelled and not rescheduled, purchasers will be offered a refund equal to the face value of the ticket or vendor space purchased. Processing fees, third-party ticketing charges, or convenience fees may not be refundable.
4. Lineup & Programming Changes
Event lineups, special guests, entertainment, vendors, and schedules are subject to change without notice. Changes to programming do not qualify for refunds or credits.
5. Force Majeure
Haus of Darkness Productions, Inc. is not responsible for delays, postponements, or cancellations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, public health emergencies, acts of government, strikes, or acts of nature.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase or attending an event organized by Haus of Darkness Productions, Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
